RPC was originally founded in 1991 by Robert Pratt, who has over 35 years of retail agency and professional experience across the entire retail sector. Robert previously held senior appointments at MEPC, Hillier Parker (now CBRE) and Aureole Investments.
Robert is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the RICS Independent Experts Panel, the RICS Arbitrators Panel, the CIArb Pubs Code Panel of Arbitrators, and the RICS Commercial Rental Evaluation Panel dealing with Covid-19 disputes.
Robert’s clients include major property companies and national multiple retailers, for whom he provides strategic asset management, agency and professional advice. Recent and current clients include Signet (Ernest Jones/H Samuel), Next, Swatch Group, Links of London, Breitling, Bremont, Multiplex, and Chelsfield
